Charming small and peaceful property with gentle employees on check-out. Good sized and airy room with tea, a nice bathroom plus clear style, and safe too for guests' safety.

Thanks a lot you, guys! The breakfast is plentiful and good, offered with crispy rolls and fresh fruit salad and free wifi. The service is excellent, includes paid parking. Convenient to have a fridge in the reception😃

So, i almost thought this hotel could be decent, but then realized my bathroom light was emitting a scary sound and the bed light was broken, how quaint! I woudl ve expected at least a complimentary drink for all the headaches, but no. Just disappointment. Maybe i'll just stay at a real place next time.

I was very happy with the staff, the choice of facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms. I really enjoyed my short stay and would definitely stay there in the future.

It's small, nice, clean and comfortable... And it's near the underground station. In front of the hotel you can find a bio-supermarket (to buy something if you want to have healthy breakfasts). I was there 5 days with my wife and my 5y old son and it was perfect.

Plus, being just a stroll away from iconic spots like Checkpoint Charlie and the gorgeous Berliner Dom really made walking around the city convenient and enjoyable.

Great location with convenient metro, nice Turkish restaurants close by and Prens Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. As you would expect, this new hotel was very clean and fresh.

Friendly and competent staff.

Cleaning of the room was pretty average. The servicing was limited to making the bed. Although you do not necessarily require a full clean every day it is general practise in a hotel environment to actually provide a tidying up at least. I suspect that the management lacks the female touch and eye for detail in this area.

The breakfast was a highlight. So many options to choose from. The staff was genuinely helpful, especially during check-out. The location was great for accessing public transport and local shops.

Rooms can get warm. No air conditioning.

The hotel is in an excellent location for travelling to the main attractions in Berlin. Our main reason for staying here was its closeness to our daughter's flat. We had a large confortable room looking on to thge back courtyard and it was very quiet. The hotel was scrupulously clean and the we had a good standard German breakfast included in our tariff..It is well placed for public transport and we were spoiled for choice for places to eat. We would return here again.

Our stay was too short!

Comfortable and quiet room (booked a superior room). Kettle in room. Good Wi-Fi. Close to 3 UBahn stations, with 3 different lines. Nearest station 100m. Vibrant multicultural area, with plenty of reasonable places to eat and supermarkets.

Enjoyable stay with spacious rooms, really good staff, and great access to local gastronomy, especially the Turkish market. The Wi-Fi was consistently reliable, and the hotel was well maintained. Minor concerns included the lack of a more varied breakfast and some heating issues in the room.

The hotel reception area was bright, modern and clean. The room was spacious witha large flat screen tv although not many english language channels(as you would expect). Thye bathroom was modern and a good size with a wash basin, shower(no bath) and toilet.

Unfortunately the hotel is situated on a very busy road and the room I stayed in was facing this and had no air conditioning(dont know if any have) even with the double glazed windows shut it was noisy. The weekend we stopped temperatures were in the high twentys low thirties which made it uncomfortableas you needed the windows closed as the street and road wereb busy rightb through the night.
